Presentations were held at the Academy of the State Customs Committee to inform employees and students about the reforms and innovations implemented in the customs system, citizen and entrepreneur satisfaction, and the work done in the direction of ensuring transparency.

During the meetings, Afgan Aliyev, an employee of the Academy, provided the participants with detailed information about the "Customs Development Model", "Smart-Bot" mobile application, "Trans-Caspian Customs Transit Portal", "Automated Risk Analysis System (ARAS)", and "Authorized Economic Operator (AEO)" projects.

In the end, the questions of the participants regarding the projects implemented in the areas of satisfaction, transparency, digitization were answered in detail.
